Mountain conditions:  Every reservation is assessed individually. Snow, rain, river levels, landslides, damaged trails or road access may require route changes, postponement or cancellation. The guide’s safety decision is final.
Village homestays:  Four nights are arranged in simple residential village homes or a basic guest house. Sleeping rooms are usually shared; outdoor squat toilets may be used; showers are generally unavailable; electricity and hot water can be limited.
Physical challenge:  The longest day is approximately 20 km and around ten hours. Previous mountain-hiking experience, good stamina and confidence on steep, uneven terrain are strongly recommended.
