Cancellation & Refund Policy

Read our updated cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when booking with us.


1. General Paid Reservation Terms

  • This policy applies to all paid services, including walking tours, day trips, food and wine tasting experiences, hiking and trekking tours, and Meet & Transfer services.
  • Our reservations operate on a “reserve now, pay later” basis.
  • Full payment is required at least 15 days prior to the scheduled start date of your tour or service.
  • Payments can be made securely via our trusted online payment platform, PAYRIFF.COM.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: booking@azerbaijantraveller.com.
  • The effective cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.
  • Verbal cancellations or cancellations through social media messages will not be accepted.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable to payments processed via Payriff and made within 15 days before the tour or service start date.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time, regardless of the payment date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, full payment must have been completed within the specified deadline.

4. Refund Process

  • If your cancellation meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment via Payriff.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • The following are considered non-refundable under all circumstances:
    • Visa application and processing fees
    • Entrance tickets to attractions and monuments
    • Third-party bookings such as accommodation or partner-operated experiences
  • Non-refundable items will be clearly communicated at the time of booking as per confirmed itinerary.

6. No-Show Policy

  • If a guest fails to appear for a scheduled service without prior written notice, it will be considered a no-show.
  • No-shows are not eligible for any refund or credit, regardless of the reason.
  • To avoid being marked as a no-show, please inform us of any changes to your travel plans as early as possible.

7. Changes and Modifications

  • We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to reschedule your tour or service, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Change requests are subject to availability and may incur additional costs, especially for third-party services.
